New Patients

Welcome,

We are excited to meet you and to help you on your journey to better oral health.  It is our mission to be informative without being pushy, and to deliver high quality dental care that meets both your needs and your financial expectations.

At your first dental appointment you can expect:

  • A very thorough exam of your teeth, jaws, gums, and surrounding tissues
  • X-ray pictures as required (we use digital X-rays for significantly less radiation and follow the ALARP principle, keeping the number of X-rays As Low As Reasonably Possible)
  • Intra-oral photos of any areas of concern
  • A review of our findings and an opportunity for you to address any concerns that you might have. (For complicated cases, a second consultation may be required. This is offered at no charge to you.)

Dental Insurance Information

Yes, for your convenience, we do accept assignment of dental insurance benefits for most dental plans. There are many different plans offered by several different insurance companies. While we are familiar with many of them, most of them will not communicate with dentists directly.  Therefore, to serve you better, we request that you familiarize yourself with your dental plan and bring your dental plan information with you to your first appointment.

To help you, we have created a dental insurance information form for you to download. (Note that if you want to know the breakdown of the coverage you have, most insurers make it available to you only and the easiest way for you to access it is usually online through their website).
